About Emma Stringer

Emma is a physiotherapist with a passion for musculoskeletal health and a genuine belief that understanding your own body is one of the most powerful tools in recovery. She takes a holistic, person-centred approach to treatment, combining a wide range of skills to help people get back to the activities and hobbies that matter most to them.

Experience

She holds a BSc in Physiotherapy from Sheffield Hallam University and an MSc in Sports Therapy, and has since built a broad clinical background across a variety of MSK settings, including football. Emma has also completed additional training in sports massage, Pilates, and acupuncture, which she enjoys combining to create tailored treatment plans for each individual.

A qualified primary school teacher by background, Emma brings a natural ability to explain complex things in a clear and reassuring way — making sure every patient leaves with a real understanding of what is going on and what to do about it.

Why Choose Emma Stringer

Emma works with a wide range of MSK conditions and loves that no two patients’ goals are ever quite the same — whether that’s returning to sport, managing a long-term injury, or simply getting through the day without pain. She is committed to personalising every aspect of care to reflect what matters to you.

Outside the clinic, Emma can be found doing yoga, swimming, exploring new places with her family, or cheering on Arsenal Women at the Emirates.
