About Bethan Casper
Bethan graduated from the Manchester Metropolitan University with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. She has a keen interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, and keeping movement fun. This is supported by her undergoing qualifications in mat and reformer Pilates, instructing classes. Bethan also has a history of working with disabled adults, which has developed her person-centred approach.
Having a background in ballet and athletics, she brings a personal appreciation for movement and performance to clinical practice. She enjoys helping people return to doing what they love- whether that’s an activity, sport or daily habits- through both hands-on therapy and rehabilitation programs.
In her spare time, to keep active Bethan enjoys running, hiking, dance and Pilates. She loves travelling (especially trying new foods!), and reading to unwind.
