Something I talk about a lot in the clinic is general health,  and I try to get across the importance of small but effective inputs into your life that can help people move and feel better which is one of our core values at the clinic.

And on this topic, ‘the biggest bang for your buck’ is always walking. Walking is such a low tech way of ensuring that our bodies function and stay clear of disease, and is often forgotten about in the modern world of high intensity exercise, marathon runs and similar.

Recently I was reminded of a video from 2011, by Doctor Mike Evans that used to do the rounds on social media back then, called 23 ½ hours. I would advise anyone to take 10 minutes and invest in your health by watching this excellent video and try to implement some simple steps to improve your health.

enjoy!
